Hiroshima has been farming oyster for a long time and is the largest producer of oysters.
Around Miyajima the landing starts in mid October, which is because the oyster gets bigger and tastier.
Kikugawa provides the oyster by deep fried and nabe(hot-pot).
Oyster nabe is popular as BBQ oyster in local.
At Kikugawa, you can enjoy Ponzu sauce with the oyster. After enjoying the Ponzu sauce you also can enjoy with miso.
